Corporate Programs

Developing a corporate platform in China is a process that many firms take in stages. for manufacturing firms, a focus on the process and people involved in producing the good will typically come first, but over time that focus will shift into other areas of the business and community. Serivce firms, they willl have another approach that may begin strong on suppliers and retail staff, but also involve larger amounts of externally focused community investments.

Either way, both are a process, and one that Collective Responsibility has experience working with.

In working with clients, we offer a wide range of services to suit the needs of the issue that the organization is trying to solve. It is a process that often begins by developing the fundatmental understanding of where the firms current programs (CSR, sustainability, compliance, etc) are, and then building a framework from which to begin building depth and capacity through each area.

It is a process that is strengthened through research, but relies more on a process of developing a unique platform for each area, and then developing stable programs. Programs that remove variability, become part of the organizations core, and build over time.
