Collective Responsibility (www.collectiveresponsibility.org) is looking for two full time interns and to assist us with research and program development.

Open to Local and Foreign students, intern will get involved in high research on issues related to sustainability, social entrepreneurship, and leadership development  

Given a high level of responsibility, persons interested in pursuing a career in the areas of sustainability, community, or want to be their own entrepreneur.  This will be an excellent opportunity to learn about management of NPOs and social enterprises, developing  training programs for students, and pitch corporate partnership

Responsibilities include:
• Researching social, environmental, and economic issues
• Program design (create program outline, marketing strategy, & budget)
• Conduct interviews and write profiles of people and programs
• Assist develop partnership strategy

Requirements to become an intern:
• Chinese National with strong English capabilities or Foreign National with strong Chinese capabilities
• Major in sociology, civil affairs, environment, or other sustainability related field
• Outgoing, hardworking, and passionate about helping others.
• Strong computer skills (Word, Excel and Power point)

As training and responsibility for this position will be high, we are only willing to consider interns with ability to work 4 days a week for a minimum of 6 months.
